To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

 

How do I create my returns label?

  • Please enter your email address or phone number and your order number in the fields above and click START
  • You then need to follow the instructions to select the items you would like to return or exchange - if you have more that one order to return then please just create one return label and send in one parcel
  • You will get a confirmation email and return shipping instructions once the return request has been approved

 

 

What items are returnable?

  • We're happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of you receiving your order
  • Sale or discounted items can be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order
  • Your items must be returned to us in the same condition that you received them (unwashed and unworn)
  • If you received your items as a gift then we are happy for you to return them to us for an exchange or a credit note

 

Who pays for the return?

  • If you are in the UK then we offer a return service for a small fee of £2.95 via Collect+. Alternatively, you can arrange to return your products yourself
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • At present, we do not offer a returns service for our international customers, but to save on cost we have local returns centres you can return your items to. Please email us at admin@pandcretail.com for details

 

How long will it take to process my return?

  • Once your item has been received we will process the refund or exchange within 48 hours, but this can take longer during our busier periods
  • Once the return has been processed it shouldn’t take too long for the money to be credited back to you but sometimes with different banks and credit card providers it may take a couple of days
  • If you have not received your refund or exchange after 5 working days then please get in touch and we’ll take a look for you
