Delivered Duty Paid - all prices to these countries include taxes and are duty paid so the price you see is the price you pay.

Please be aware that you are responsible for any duty that may be charged by your customs agencies and we advise that you carry out any due diligence before placing an order.

Returns

For full priced items, we’re happy to offer a refund within 30 days of you receiving your order. Sale or clearance items have a 14 day policy.

Your items must be returned to us in the same condition that you received them - if they are returned to us in any other condition (i.e. screwed up or dirty) we will assume that they have been worn and we won’t be able to process a refund or exchange for the items.

If you’ve received an item as a gift, you can return this to us for an exchange or a credit note only.

If you would like to exchange your product for a different product then please return it to us with a note explaining what you would like.

We can only offer an exchange if it is for the same product in a different size or colour or for a different product which is the same price.

Any items are your responsibility until they reach us. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
